A Gourmet Lunch For Me

 Dear Diary:

I enjoy my food.  Any kind.  But one of my big indulgences is a good hot dog.

I think I've tried all different kinds but I do have my favs.  I love a steamed wiener with a soggy bun, ketchup, mustard, relish and onions.  That's what you get at a baseball or hockey concession stand.  And then there's the home cooked type - BBQed with sauce, fried onions, bacon.  But the highlight of my tasting delight was when I had a Chicago hot dog.

The wiener must be a boiled all-beef one.  It has to be a steamed bun.On the bun, in order, is placed yellow mustard, sweet green pickle relish, onion, tomato, pickle spear, peppers, and celery salt.  A gastronomic delight!!!
