Dear Diary:
I went away with my family on the weekend. It was fun. There were many laughs and a lot of joking. Fun to be away but always nice to get home. However this time I brought a rousing cold with me so I'm going to bed to recover.
I have everything I need on the bed beside me. Of course the remote is important; the cold remedies are needed; but most critical is a full box of Kleenex! I'm set for the night.

In my first world I started out teaching in the elementary system. I loved every minute of it. It was challenging, rewarding and a fantastic learning experience. I learned a lot from my students. I just had to listen..
A shout out to all the dedicated teachers out there who love their jobs and care about their students. I admire you all for what you are doing every day. It's a tough job but a gratifying one.
